Jeff Reitman Headshot

Headliner - Jeff Reitman

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jeff Reitman has spent the better part of his life wasting way too much time playing video games and pursuing a myriad of geek hobbies including programming, board games, a brief and deeply regretted journey down the abyss that is Magic: The Gathering. Being shunned for 30 odd years for doing what he loves, left Jeff scarred and with a wealth of material to draw upon.

In 2008, Jeff started Cross Platform Comedy, a comedy show targetted at gamer and nerd culture. In 2009, Jeff was profiled by one of the world's largest World of Warcraft websites, WoW.com.

Ryan Cronin Headshot

Host - Ryan Cronin

Ryan Cronin is a Bay Area comedian who is a regular at the SFCC Clubhouse and was a finalist in the 2007 and 2009 Battle of the Bay Stand-Up Competitions. He is currently a member of “The Stand Up Project” and a cast member of the on-line broadcast at Animal Trash.

Christian Spicer Headshot

Guest - Christian Spicer

Christian is quickly making his name in the comedy world with his quick wit and sharp writing. He started making people laugh in Texas and now calls California home. Always funny and observing the humorous aspects of life, Christian first dabbled in stand-up comedy while in law school—performing at local clubs between class and studying for finals.

Christian has worked in the BigLaw world, working for top US firms. Yet, as an avid video-game player, comic-book reader, and pop-culture connoisseur, he remains connected to the paradox that is modern Americana.

Sheila Headshot

Sheila Bryson

A Canadian ex-pat who has called the U.S. “home” for the last seven years, Sheila Bryson has represented her motherland’s reputation for funny since before she could remember. Now, she’s trying to score free drinks for it.

A finalist in San Francisco Comedy College’s Battle of the Bay 2009, Bryson brings a shamelessly personal, mostly intelligent and frequently blush-worthy point of view to the stage.

Drawing from her day job as a PR chick in the world of video games and an uncanny ability to see the absurd in the every day, she invites audiences into her world with (sometimes too) open arms.

Dave K Headshot

Dave Karraker

Sure, he helped launch the PlayStation 3, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn and the 3DO Multiplayer (bonus points if you remember that one), but what Dave Karraker always wanted to do was be a stand-up comedian. When not geeking out over the latest tech gadget, Dave can now be seen all over Northern California performing his unique brand of situational stand-up comedy. A born storyteller who has wowed many a third grader, Dave was a finalist in the 2009 San Francisco Walk The Plank Comedy Competition. Dave’s film and TV credits include Kindergarten Cop, Red Shoe Diaries and Wheel of Fortune (no lie!). To quote his grandmother, “I wouldn’t listen to Davey’s foul mouth for love ‘nor money.”
